I absolutely love finding out Tiber River’s top ten products every month! It really shows me and my customers what everyone has been loving lately! It always makes me smile to see our sale items at the top of the list – this shows that Tiber listens to their customers offering sales on products that are obviously well used and favorites!!
Top of the list for March was a sale item, Spring Cleaning Bundle. This included a fabulous deal on our all purpose cleaner Maid In A Bottle, a 240ml spray bottle & a 1L refill. Made with a naturally derived cleanser it starts to biodegrade withing 24 hours. With added essential oils it is antibacterial and grease cutting. Safe for all surfaces, but very concentrated – packaging it this way saves costs and the environment. Concentration depends on how dirty the surface area is – get in touch with me and I can give you specific dilution guidelines. Absolutely love this cleaner, it follows me around the house do do counter tops, bathrooms, floors, mirrors, stoves, walls, and practically anything else with just this.. . . .leaving everything spotless & with a fresh citrus scent!
Number two, SOS Bar Soap. This bar is seriously a life saver, or should I say SKIN saver!!! SOS (Save Our Skin) is a great bar for pretty much anyone – made with pink clay which can help fight acne, blackheads, whiteheads & a special blend of essential oils to combat athlete’s foot & warts! I have quite a few of customers using this but never tried it myself but after forgetting my fave Olive Me cleanser in my parents shower a while back I was left looking for a new option. SOS finally made its way into my shower & let me tell you I absolutely loved how soft my skin felt after, SOS has made it’s way into my morning routine. Sometimes I alternate my regular Olive Me Cleanser with the SOS bar soap – and at only $8 a pop, it’s a pretty good price point for a facial cleanser (although I have customers using it for a body wash too)
Number three, Cold Relief Bath Bomb. At the height of cold season no wonder this made the list. Filled with essential oils to help relieve cold symptoms while epsom salts help ease sore muscles. I always keep these on hand for when we start feeling a bit under the weather, pop one into the bath and it has us breathing better in no time and relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep!
Number Four, Dust a Do Dry Shampoo. As I have been trying to overcome my habit of washing my hair everyday (this is seriously hard for me!) especially with freshly colored dark hair – i have no desire to see my beautiful color wash down the drain!! Thankfully Tiber River hasn’t let me down with their Dust-A-Do Dry Shampoo. I am really loving this fab little bottle, made with white clay & peppermint not only does it seriously do it’s job, it smells good too!! I have absolutely no build up (a serious pet peeve of mine with other dry shampoo’s) & it quickly absorbs leaving no white in my newly darkened hair! Been loving this in the am as well when my little one hasn’t quite got her top of hair washed great – it just sucks up that oil and she’s ready for school, & she’s as blonde as can be!!
Number Five, Awaken Your Senses Essential Oil Bundle. Yup, you guys this was another sale item, it was made up of 3 of our most popular essential oils. Lavender, Eucalyptus & Peppermint. Absolutely love our essential oils, all are 100% pure, ethnically sourced & either organic or wild crafted. Lavender, which kills germs & bacteria, can soothe irritated skin, eases headaches, helps to relieve stress, relaxes muscles and can help heal burns. Eucalyptus, amazing hair nourishment (ward off dandruff & itchy scalp), fights viruses & bacteria, it’s anti-inflammatory and can aid in respiratory ailments. Peppermint, which has been shown to improve focus & concentration, ease headaches & migranes, eases indigestion & reduces nausea, muscle pain relief and will help to open airways.
Number Six, Hydro Hands – Made specifically for the guys & gals from Manitoba Hydro who work outside or underground in nasty conditions-this lotion helps prevent moisture loss, helps heal cuts, scrapes & rashes. I sell so much of this, a definite fave among many of my customers from nurses, day care workers, dental hygienists, mechanics, teachers & of course my fave farmer 🙂 If your hands are rough, dry or cracked, you’ll benefit from Hydro Hands!
Number Seven, Eight & Nine bring us bath bombs. Lavender Vanilla, the perfect blend for relaxing before bed. With lavender which helps to calm & relax us and adding in the intoxicating vanilla it is the perfect combo that will send you straight off to sleepy land! Spring Fling, our limited edition scent only here till May 15th, think intoxicating scent full of sweet berries. I’ve heard it referred to as candy, raspberry lemonade & all things good!! Finally the third on this list is Grape Fizz! This is definitely a favorite among the kids, but also has us adults loving it as it takes us back to days of our youth! Try one of our famous bath bombs for yourself and see what all the fuss is about, drop one in your bath and be swept away with the luscious scents and skin that will be softer to the touch.
Number Ten, Power Play. If you haven’t tried this yet, you’ve gotta get on board guys – this is one highly concentrated spray that is packed with essential oils that are antibacterial. Spray on any kinds of sports equipment, gym bags, stinky shoes (or anything smelly, like the dog bed!) to kill bacteria and stop the stench!! This makes the rounds with me on laundry days as a quick spray quickly eliminates the nasty old clothes smell in the empty hampers. I sprayed all my hubby’s winter clothes when he came in from ice fishing and in our winter boots!
