Book Review : It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover

It Ends With Us; I just finished this book for a second time!  There are some books that I find myself picking up again and again and I can promise you that this book here is going to be well read over the years.

First of all, Colleen Hoover – she has some pretty mad writing skills & has this sense of humor that you just end up loving her.  I think I have read all of her books but this is definitely my fave one!  Check her out on instagram, where you’ll see her personality first hand, find new authors to read & maybe even win one of her many giveaways!  Be warned though, you may just fall in love with her!

It Ends With Us is a book that I promise you that you need to read cover to cover.  From the dedication all the way to the end of the acknowledgments.  It’s definitely not what I was expecting as I read it but it blew me away and left me feeling so much more then I had ever expected.

Can we just talk about the title of this book?!  It Ends With Us, it has got to leave you wondering and then when it hits you, you may just sit there for a minute with the book held to your chest as you take a deep breath.  Let it all sink in and the realization that this title it truly a perfect fit.

After reading this book I’ve suffered a little bit of a book hangover, where you just cannot pick up another book right away.  I needed a bit of time with this one to roll it over.  I’ve even picked it back up and read a few parts over.

It starts with a light romance and a reminiscence into the past that somehow ends up being a future.  It shows such strength in it’s characters, strength into a world that I have never known and honestly never understood.  I really don’t want to give you any spoilers here, I want you to go out and read this book – like right now.  Then pass it on to a friend, your mother, sister even the men in your life.  It’s really that good.
